You may not copy, republish or sell our questions, notes or material; extract data with bots or scrapers; interfere with the service; or post unlawful or abusive content.

4. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, notes, design and the name and logo (registered trademark) remain the property of Spardha Pariksha Foundation. Personal study use is free; commercial reuse requires written permission.

5. Premium membership

Memberships run for a fixed period and are non-transferable. Prices may change, but changes do not apply to purchases already made. See the refund policy.

6. Accuracy

Syllabus, dates, eligibility and cut-off information is prepared carefully, but the official notification always governs. Verify with the commission's own website before acting.

7. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee exam outcomes and are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, errors in information or third-party links.

8. Termination

We may close an account without notice where these terms are breached.

9. Governing law

Indian law applies, and disputes fall within the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
