Spardha Pariksha Foundation respects your privacy. This policy applies to our website and to the MahaTest, MPSC PYQ and MahaPolice Prep apps.

1. What we collect

You give us: name, email and mobile number at sign-up; your target exam and city (optional); messages sent through the contact form; and transaction details if you buy a premium membership. We never store card numbers.

Collected automatically: device type, operating system and app version; tests taken, scores and progress; IP address and approximate (state-level) location; and in-app usage statistics.

2. Why we collect it

• To run your account and save your progress
• To show test results and analysis
• To maintain premium membership
• To resolve technical problems and protect the service
• To notify you of new recruitment notifications and current affairs, with your consent

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• We do not give advertisers information that identifies you.
• We do not read your contacts, messages or photos.

4. Who we share with

Only in limited circumstances: the payment gateway (Razorpay) to complete a transaction, with card data going directly to the gateway and never to our servers; analytics services in non-identifying form; and where required by a court or competent authority.

5. Security

• All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
• Passwords are never stored in plain form - only as a one-way hash.
• Sensitive values are encrypted at rest.
• Administrative access requires two-factor authentication.

6. Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, correct it, delete your account and data, or withdraw consent for notifications. Request deletion through the Delete Account page; requests are completed within 7 working days.

7. Children

Our service is intended for competitive exam aspirants aged 18 and above. Users under 18 should create an account with parental consent.

8. Retention

Data is kept while your account is active and permanently destroyed within 30 days of deletion, except where transaction records must be retained by law.

9. Changes

Any revision is published on this page, with significant changes notified in the app.
